ABOUT US

Texas Aircraft Group

Built for the Modern Aviator

Our journey took flight in 2019 with the production of our first certified Colt aircraft. Since then, the Colt has been fulfilling the dreams of pilots across the U.S., delivering an exceptional flying experience.

Our story, however, began in 2002 with Caio Jordão, who has over 20 years of experience in experimental aircraft and Light Sport Aviation (LSA). Over the years, our team has designed more than nine aircraft, including the fifth generation of Conquest Aircraft and two models from the Explorer Aircraft series.

Building on this legacy and expertise, Texas Aircraft has assembled a world-class team of aviation professionals dedicated to developing and delivering unique aircraft. Our focus is to serve the American and international markets with aircraft purposefully designed for pilot training, prioritizing robust construction, safety, and cutting-edge technology.

Introducing the STALLION

Building on the success of the Colt, Texas Aircraft Group is developing its next-generation aircraft: the STALLION—a high-performance, four-seat aircraft designed for personal and business aviation.

Available with either a 200hp (two-blade propeller) or 260hp (three-blade propeller) engine, the Stallion offers an ideal balance of power, comfort, and versatility. While the Colt excels in flight training and recreational flying, the Stallion is designed for pilots who need a more capable aircraft for long-range travel, business commuting, and weekend getaways.

With the FAA’s proposed MOSAIC regulations expected to expand the Light Sport Aircraft (LSA) category, the Stallion is positioned to take full advantage of these changes. The anticipated increase in maximum takeoff weight (MTOW) to 3,000 lbs (1,361 kg) will allow for greater payload, extended range, and enhanced mission flexibility—making the Stallion an ideal aircraft for the future of LSA aviation.

At Texas Aircraft, we are committed to pushing the boundaries of innovation while delivering safe, efficient, and beautifully designed aircraft.

Stay tuned—because the future of aviation is just getting started.
